Meet Mike
Michael Sims cooks on his own time, and that is part of the story.
Michael "Mike" Sims is retired and started Bigg Hash Smokers after retirement. He has been building the business for approximately one year, cooking small-batch BBQ and smoked food when he decides to fire up the smoker.
As Mike shares more of his story, this page can grow with photos, cook notes, and customer favorites. The brand promise already says plenty: We Don't Rush Great Smoke.
